Adobe Commerce & Magento Open Source

Magento Support & Maintenance

Ongoing Magento support for stores that cannot afford to stand still: security patches applied on time, upgrades planned rather than postponed, incidents handled by the engineers who know your codebase.

What Our Magento Support Covers

01

Security Patches

Adobe security bulletins read on the day they appear. Isolated patches applied through version control, and actively exploited issues patched the same day.

02

Upgrades

Patch-level and minor upgrades planned on your schedule, with extension compatibility checked and every security patch verified on the target version.

03

Monitoring & Incidents

Application monitoring, error triage and root-cause fixes, so the same problem does not come back next month under a different name.

04

Extensions & Dependencies

Third-party modules and Composer packages kept current through automated update pull requests, each reviewed and tested before release.

05

Performance

Caching, database and frontend performance kept in check, including Hyvä storefronts, so speed does not erode release after release.

06

Continuous Development

Fixes, integrations and improvements delivered through a staged release process, from integration to staging to production.

Support That Knows Your Codebase

Most Magento problems are not exotic. A patch that was never applied, an extension two major versions behind, a cron job that silently stopped, a deployment nobody wants to touch. What makes them expensive is a support team that meets your store for the first time every time something breaks.

We work the other way round. Every engagement starts with an audit of the store as it is: exact version and patch level, installed extensions, custom modules, infrastructure, integrations and open risks. From then on, the same senior engineers handle your patches, your upgrades and your incidents, so each fix builds on what we already know.

Security as a Routine, Not an Event

Adobe publishes security bulletins for Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source every month. We read each one on the day it appears, apply the isolated patch for your exact version through version control, and ship it with the next release, or the same day when a vulnerability is already being exploited. When Adobe’s own patch packages catch up, we remove our copy so your store never carries duplicates nobody understands.

Patching is only half of it. After a critical vulnerability we check whether anyone got in first, from unexpected files to admin accounts and injected scripts. Our guides on applying Magento security patches and running a Magento security audit describe both routines in detail.

Adobe Commerce Cloud and Self-Hosted Magento

We support stores on Adobe Commerce Cloud as well as self-hosted Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce. On Cloud, that means working with its build and deploy pipeline, Cloud patches, quality patches and the integration, staging and production environments. On self-hosted stores, it includes the server stack around Magento: PHP, the database, search, cache and the CDN in front of it.

In both cases, every change goes through version control and a staged release. Nothing is edited by hand on a live server.

When to Bring Us In

Typical starting points are a store that is several security bulletins behind, an upgrade that keeps being postponed, a previous agency or developer who is no longer available, or recurring errors that nobody has had time to trace. If any of these sound familiar, an audit is the fastest way to know where you stand.
